We have previously used this company and they were very responsive and did a great job. So we had some other electrical issues and called them again. The initial visit went fine and it was suggested that we have a complete inspection done on our home so we would know exactly what needed to be done. We have an old home that still has knob and tube wiring which was our main concern. We had the inspection done which was $350.00 an estimate was provided, the price was reasonable so the work was started. The same individual that did the inspection stopped the work because he found more wiring problems and would have to talk with his supervisor. We were called a few weeks ago given some options to complete the work. We never received a call back, still have the old wiring. The $350 inspection so we would know exactly what was needed was worthless. Update-this review is in no way to suggest that this company is not reputable because they are. Received a very pleasant phone call from the company and had a great conversation about our particular situation. If you need electrical work done please don’t hesitate to call Helton.

Sunday night our unit stopped working, the following morning we called Helton and Chris came immediately, he told us what was wrong and gave us options on what we could do. After weighing out our options we decided to get a new unit and from that moment on they took really good care of us. They immediately brought us window units to keep us very comfortable during the process. Our new unit was supposed to be a week out, the very next day we got a call and was informed our unit arrived earlier then expected and they would be there the next morning. I work night shift and had to sleep but I never heard them make a noise. Scott, Hutch and Willie were as professional as anyone could be, by 2 that evening we had our new system installed and working perfectly. When they left you could not even tell they were there, they cleaned up and were on there way to the next call. We would like to thank Penny, Christi, Allen, Chris, Scott, Hutch and Willie for the professional service and the genuine care they showed us during our time in need! Y’all rock!! From start to finish you guys took really good care of us and we are so appreciative. No company would have done better and at no point did we suffer during this process.
